What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom medals?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces for most custom medals. However, for crystal trophies and premium awards, we can accept orders as low as 10 pieces. The MOQ may vary depending on the manufacturing process โ€” die-cast medals typically require 100+ pieces, while stamped medals can be produced from 50 pieces. How long does it take to produce custom medals?

Typical production lead times are 10-18 days after design approval, depending on complexity and quantity. Mold making adds 3-5 days for new designs. Rush orders can be completed in 7-10 days with an express service fee. We always recommend allowing 3-4 weeks total from design to delivery to account for shipping time.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept vector files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, CDR (CorelDRAW), and PDF formats. For best results, please provide artwork with Pantone (PMS) color codes, text converted to outlines, and minimum line thickness of 0.3mm for enamel areas. If you only have a sketch or idea, our in-house design team can help create production-ready artwork โ€” design services start at $50.

Can you provide free samples?

We can provide samples of our previous work for quality reference (you cover shipping costs). For custom designs, we charge a sample fee of $50-100 which is fully refundable when you place a production order. Sample production takes 5-7 days, and we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

What plating and finish options are available?

We offer a wide range of plating finishes including: Polished Gold, Polished Silver, Antique Gold, Antique Silver, Antique Bronze, Antique Copper, Nickel, Black Nickel, and Dual Plating (two-tone). Each can be combined with hard enamel, soft enamel, epoxy coating, or printing for different visual effects.

Do you offer packaging and fulfillment services?

Yes! We provide complete packaging solutions including velvet pouches, gift boxes, acrylic display cases, PVC bags, and custom-printed packaging with your branding. We can also handle drop-shipping directly to your customers or event participants โ€” just provide your address list.

What is your quality control process?

Quality is our top priority. We follow a 4-stage QC process: (1) Raw material inspection before production, (2) In-line QC during production at 20% completion, (3) Full inspection of finished products with AQL 2.5 standard, (4) Pre-shipment inspection with detailed report and photos. We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee โ€” any defects and we remake or refund.

Can you match a specific Pantone color for my medals?

Absolutely. We match Pantone (PMS) colors with 95%+ accuracy for enamel and printing areas. For metallic plating colors, we provide physical color chip samples for your approval before production. For the most precise color matching, provide Pantone Solid Coated codes with your artwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. For new clients, we typically require 30-50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment. For long-term clients, net-30 payment terms may be available upon request.
