We accept vector files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, CDR (CorelDRAW), and PDF formats. For best results, please provide artwork with Pantone (PMS) color codes, text converted to outlines, and minimum line thickness of 0.3mm for enamel areas. We can provide samples of our previous work for quality reference (you cover shipping costs). For custom designs, we charge a sample fee of $50-100 which is fully refundable when you place a production order. Sample production takes 5-7 days, and we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
